Adding avocados to your diet can be very significant in supporting your immune system. They contain antioxidants, amino acids, and healthy fats to help balance bodily hormones. Avocados contain vitamins A, C, and E which are antioxidants that help strengthen your immune system. Beta-carotene and other carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin are also antioxidants that are found in avocados. Avocados are also great for weight management and heart health. 


Oregano is famously known to be in your pasta sauce, but it has many health benefits as well. Oregano can help improve your gut health and is a great immune system booster. It helps to eliminate harmful bacteria that is in your digestive system. Oregano oil has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties.
